Meal Planning is a two-part workshop designed to teach you the skills needed to successfully plan meals for you and your whole family. Work with a Registered Dietitian to learn tips and tricks for planning a whole week’s worth of meals.
Together, discuss the barriers you face when it comes to preparing meals, including things like:
- Not having enough time or energy
- Feeding picky eaters within your family
- Running out of meal ideas
Meal planning can help change the way you eat and change your food buying habits. Discover how meal planning can actually save you time, money, and reduce food waste.
This class will help you feel less stressed or overwhelmed by helping you build a meal planning framework. You will learn where to start and even look at your current schedule to start developing goals that fit into your life.
Learn about balanced meals and how to pick healthier options using Canada’s Food Guide.
