Managing Pain Through Mindfulness is a group focused on supporting adults who have been living with chronic pain for more than three months. This workshop focuses on how to incorporate mindfulness and meditative practices into your life as a way to manage pain experiences.

Explore ways to increase your mobility and flexibility with very gentle forms of movement, and learn ways to reduce the intensity of pain experiences.

Along with relaxation techniques and gentle physical activity, participants will learn the importance of nutrition when living with chronic pain.
