GLA:D is an evidence-based exercise program geared towards those living with mild to moderate osteoarthritis. This highly effective program is focused on supporting patients to build strength and discover therapeutic exercises to treat their condition.

The key components of this group are to get stronger with the movements you do daily, to learn to cope with daily activities, and to become confident in self-managing your discomfort.
