The B.E.S.T. Breastfeeding Café is a community group providing support to mothers along all stages of their nursing journey. This weekly group is facilitated by specially-trained lactation nurses who are available to help you with any questions or concerns about lactation, latch, adjusting position, and anything nursing related.
Hear from other moms about their experiences and how to connect to resources within the community. In addition, once a month a guest speaker will join the B.E.S.T. Breastfeeding Café to discuss topics like:
- Mental health and postpartum
- Introducing solids to toddlers
- Mom’s nutritional needs
- Pelvic floor health
- Self-care and mood
- Relationships after having a baby
- Getting active in the postpartum period
- Tips for healthy parenting
